Dev Log
Follow the evolution of Neon Nexus from prototype to full release. Every build, every revision, every decision — documented here.
The team is actively working on replacing all placeholder AI-generated artwork with original pieces created by the founder and collaborating artists. This is a key step in the development of Neon Nexus TCG, and updates will be shared as new art is revealed.
The official Neon Nexus rulebook is now available on the site. Version 1.0 covers all core gameplay, card types, keywords, and win conditions. Bookmark it and bring it to your next game session.
Transferred to the new permanent domain. Every card in the catalog has been updated with the latest artwork and visual layout, including a round of typo corrections across all card text.
Leader and Program cards have been redesigned to make them immediately distinguishable from Unit cards at a glance. Each card now displays a faction icon to make identification faster during play — no more squinting at color alone.
After receiving physical test prints of the cards, the circuit attachment graphics on Leader cards and Programs were too faint to read clearly. These have been redesigned to be more visible at card size. The catalog will be updated to reflect the new versions.
All Neon Nexus cards have been imported into Tabletop Simulator so you can play online right now. Join the Discord and request access — we'll get you set up to play test the current build.
The official Neon Nexus Discord is open. Come talk strategy, ask rules questions, get early access to Tabletop Simulator, and follow development in real time. Link is in the nav above.
